- Pre-entry is required and is due by September 1st.
- Contest open to Boys/Girls ages 5-15 (Junior), and Adults 16 and up.
- Exhibitor must bring the opened bag of King Arthur Flour or submit a UPC label from the flour bag when he/she submits the entry
- Entry must follow the designated recipe: Adult-Heavenly Cheese Danish; Junior-Banana Pecan Loaf
- All entries must be submitted in/on a disposable container for judging
- Judging will be based on the following criteria: Flavor-50 points; Overall Appearance-25 points; Texture-25 points for a total of 100 points
- Failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification
